Vitruvian Farms in McFarland offers Certified Organic vegetables, mushrooms, and more through its award-winning CSA program and year-round online store. Founded by Shawn Kuhn, Tommy Stauffer, and Craig Merten in 2010, the farm provides fresh, local food to the community. In addition to CSA shares, Vitruvian Farms offers over 500 products from Wisconsin growers at The Store at Vitruvian and online.

The CSA program runs early June to the end of September. They offer full or half shares, with boxes of produce delivered weekly or biweekly. Members can also add organic eggs. With pick-up options at the farm and local locations, as well as home delivery across Dane County, it's easy to enjoy healthy, local food. The on-farm store is open Wednesday to Saturday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. A newly expanded building in 2023 further strengthens Vitruvian’s commitment to connecting the community with sustainable, organic food.
